    Continental U.S.: All methods of UPS (United Parcel Service) and USPS all available to continental United States.

    International Shipments: Expedited and Express shipping options are available for international shipments anywhere in the world. Express is a faster shipping method compared to Expedited Shipping.

    Turn-Around Time: We are a manufacturing company located in California, United States. Due to the fact that we manufacture the shoes when order is received, our turn-around time is about 7 business days. Normally, it is much shorter than 7 business days, but please allow up to 7 business days for rarely out-of-stock platform, materials, etc.

    Our standard method of shipping is via UPS or USPS unless otherwise specified. All goods will be shipped F.O.B., Aurora, Colorado on all Demonia and Pleaser footwear.

     Also, please note we are able to ship to APO addresses as well as PO Boxes.

    If you are an international customer, we willl ship to you using International Priority Mail. This process may take up to three weeks but is normally delivered withing two weeks for international customers.
