To be eligible for credit, all returns must meet the following conditions:
1. Merchandise was ordered directly from Daemon'Boots and Shoes Co. and supported by a Daemon's Boots and Shoes. invoice.
2. Merchandise must be returned within three (3) months of the invoice date. Returns after three (3) months of the invoice date will receive a maximum of 50% of the invoice value. No returned merchandise will be accepted after six (6) months from the invoice date.
3. Merchandise is in the original packaging. Returns will NOT be accepted if the returned merchandise is not in its original packaging, or if the packaging bears any hand written marks such as style and/or sizing. All stickers or labeling applied to the packaging or the merchandise itself must be removed prior to returning; otherwise a 10% service charge will be assessed.
4. Merchandise must be clean, unused, and in salable condition.
5. Merchandise is not from any of the Daemon's Boots and Shoes “All Sales Final” offers.
6. Daemon's Boots and Shoes reserves the right to refuse returns due to claims relative to merchandise’ s sizing, fitting, color, or dimensions, and has the final say in this regard.
1. Please email us at rick@srethng.com or call 720-278-1525 for return authorization. A Return Label with a RA (Return Authorization) # or a UPS AR Label will be mailed to you. The UPS AR labels are issued only when the return is either due to Daemon’s shipping error or a manufacturing defect.
2. Affix the Return Label to the package to be returned. Merchandise received without a Return Label from Pleaser will be refused and returned unopened to the sender. Daemon's Boots and Shoes is not responsible for the shipping charge incurred from returns without a return label. Make sure you record the return labels tracking code, in case it is lost in mailing
3. Please note that we do not issue call tags. All returns must be prepaid. Collect returns, authorized or not, will be refused.
4. All returns due to Daemon’s shipping error or a manufacturing defect must be shipped via UPS Ground or standard U.S. Postal Service. If returns are shipped via any other methods, only applicable UPS Ground freight rate will be credited.
1. Full credit will be given on goods returned due to manufacturing defect or Daemon's shipping error. In either case, Daemon's will also reimburse the applicable shipping charge to the customer. In No event shall our liability extend beyond the full credit and the shipping charge. Shipment of replacement merchandise is limited to UPS Ground only and cross shipping will be charged before Daemon's Boots and Shoes receives the return merchandise.
2. Returns for reasons other than the above are no longer subject to a 15% handling and restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges on returns that are the customers fault, i.e. wrong size, didn't like shoe, etc. We at Daemon's could charge more for each shoe and offer free return shipping but this doesn't happen offen and we feel why should every customer pay for other customers mistakes.
3. No credit will be given on goods that have been altered in any way, or show signs of intentional tampering or excessive wear. Pleaser USA, Inc. reserves the right for the final judgment in this regard.
4. No credit will be given until the returned merchandise has been inspected and evaluated by Please USA, Inc. Upon approval you will receive a written credit by mail.
5. Credits may not be redeemed for cash. Credits can be applied to open invoices and future orders only.
We do not accept returns without prior authorization. Returns for any reason other than defective products are subject to 15% handling and restocking fee.
Merchandise Return Policy

5) Karo's Shoes reserves the right to refuse any returns depending on the circumstance. Karo's Shoes has the final say in approving/denying the return claim.
6) Full Credit, including freight charges, will be reimbursed to customer if return of goods is due to manufacturing defect. Our liability does not extend beyond reimbursement of goods and freight charges.
7) No Credit will be given on goods that have been altered in any way, or show signs of intentional tampering, or excessive wear. Karo's Shoes, Inc. reserves the right for the final judgment in this situation.

6. Daemon's Boots and Shoes accepts all returns for any reason, didn't like, size wrong, etc. There is no restocking fee buyer pays for all postage. Seller is not responsible for loss on returns, so it is the buyers responsibility to insure all returns. Buyer will pay for all postage on returns, that are not the fault of the manufacturers. This includes return postage to the buyer in case of exchanges. The return postage will have to be paid prior to shipping the exchange back to the seller.
